This study determines the skills of the 21st century that teachers possess in terms of social networks, remembering that they still need guidance to use technology safely and effectively.La educación en el siglo XXI destaca la globalización y la internacionalización. Se percibe que los docentes en el siglo XXI son expertos en tecnología, involucran y enseñan de manera efectiva a los alumnos de la generación Z. Las instituciones educativas deben estar equipadas con un requisito previo de recursos de TIC, tanto en hardware como software, y los planes de estudio son diseñados para promover un entorno de colaboración centrado en el alumno.
