The transaction method was not experimental, correlational, finding a significant positive correlation between the value of university education and academic achieve¬ment with 0.703 index relationship. The correlation between the value of university education, academic performance and assessing the use of educational resource with an index of 0.741 corrobo¬rated relationship. It is estimated that increasing the valuation of teacher teaching resource use, increase academic performance of students in this sample.La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo identificar la relación entre las variables valoración de la enseñanza universitaria, el uso del recurso didáctico docente y el rendimiento académico que demostraban 112 estudiantes universitarios que tenían en promedio 28.2 años de edad y asistirán al curso Didáctica General I de la Escuela Académico Profesional de Educación, de una universidad pública de Lima. El método fue transaccional no experimental, de tipo correlacional, hallándose una correlación positiva significativa entre la valoración de la enseñanza universitaria y el rendimiento académico con 0.703 de índice de relación. Se corroboró la correlación entre la valoración de la enseñanza universitaria, rendimiento académico y la valoración del uso del recurso didáctico con 0.741 de índice de relación.
