Finally, the scales were performed in the total sample.Se adapta la Escala de Estrés Laboral de la OIT-OMS. En una muestra de 203 trabajadores que se desempeñan como asesores telefónicos, entre los que se encuentran 89 trabajadores en el área de Atención al Cliente y 114 en el área de Ventas de un Contact Center de Lima. Los resultados indican que la Escala de Estrés Laboral obtiene adecuadas propiedades psicométricas: Confiabilidad por el método de consistencia interna (Alfa de Cronbach = 0.972) y la validez de constructo y contenido.
