It was verified that the variables of work stress and organizational climate are related in an inverse and significant way (- 0.653) and given that p- value (0.000) <α (0.05), then h0 is rejected. In other words, the higher the organizational climate, the lower the level of work stress shown by the employees of the Hospital de la Solidaridad 2018.El presente trabajo de investigación titulado estrés laboral y clima organizacional en los colaboradores del Hospital de la Solidaridad Chiclayo, 2018, tuvo como objetivo general Determinar el nivel de relación que existe entre estrés y clima organizacional en colaboradores, con un diseño de investigación no experimental, transversal de tipo correlacional, tomando como muestra a un total de 30 técnicos a los cuales se les aplicó un instrumento de recolección de datos siendo esta la escala de Likert, la cual fue validada a juicio de experto con un nivel de confiabilidad 0,889 Como conclusión principal se verificó que las variables de estrés laboral y clima organizacional se relacionan de forma inversa y significativa (- 0,653) y dado que p- valor (0,000) < α (0,05), entonces h0 se rechaza.
