With the Inca Empire, this community justice was not lost. Although the Inca, his nobility and his church came to take precedence from the central government of Cusco, these community forms continued in the ayllus, in the regions and surely also in the four of them that comprised the great empire.Desde tiempos inmemorables existen en los Andes formas comunitarias o comunales de resolución de conflictos. Organizaciones culturales y sociales pre incas como Chavín, Tiahuanaco y Wari (por mencionar las más conocidas) son un ejemplo del nivel de desarrollo de estas formas de resolución basadas en sus relaciones sociales, culturales y religiosas, así como en sus necesidades cotidianas. Con el Imperio Incaico esta justicia comunitaria no se perdió.
