He dividido el trabajo en tres partes: realidad, teoría y proyecto.The title may seem disproportionate with respect to the theme chosen for this contribution. But the problem of the teacher of and in the mountains presents very particular and worrying profiles, which I wish to deal with in the following lines. It is not about 'talking' about the teacher, but about 'projecting' a profile of the person of the teacher who can face the challenges of the near future in that 'deep Peru' so dear to Basadre.
