Materials and methods: Cross sectional descriptive study was carried out in five state high schools in “Mi Perú” district located in the Callao Region. Results: Participants were 945 adolescents with a mean age of 13.6 years (SD: 1.6, Min: 11, Max: 18), constituted by 53.5% (n = 506) women and the remaining fraction by males. Regarding aggressive behavior, 8.6% (n = 81) presented very high level, 21.9% (n = 207) high level and the remaining percentage was distributed in medium, low and very low level. The aggressive behavior in all of the subscales was presented in greater proportion in the students of afternoon shift (p = 0.024). The high and very high level of aggressive behavior was presented in greater proportion in students with a history of conflicts in the home, abuse in recent years, history of having a disapproved course, repetition of academic year, expulsion, drug use and membership to gang (p <0.005).
