Objectives: Determine the level of aggressive behavior and factors associated among adolescents of state high school. Materials and methods: Cross sectional descriptive study was carried out in five state high schools in “Mi Perú” district located in the Callao Region. The instrument used was the Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) of Buss and Perry. Results: Participants were 945 adolescents with a mean age of 13.6 years (SD: 1.6, Min: 11, Max: 18), constituted by 53.5% (n = 506) women and the remaining fraction by males. Regarding aggressive behavior, 8.6% (n = 81) presented very high level, 21.9% (n = 207) high level and the remaining percentage was distributed in medium, low and very low level.
