We considered that a combination treatment of radium plus radical surgery to endocervical and mesonephric adenocarcinoma in clinical stage I and II, is the best procedure.Se establece que los restos mesonéfricos resto del margen lateral del cuello del útero, pueden sufrir cambios malignos. Mesonéfrico adenocarcinoma de cuello uterino, es una lesión poco frecuente, y su incidencia en el Instituto Nacional de Enfermedades Neoplásicas, es de 0,03% en más de todos los carcinomas cervicales, y el 1,9% en los adenocarcinomas de cuello uterino. Estudios citológicos cervicales tienen poco valor en la detección del proceso de la enfermedad temprana.
