Descripción
Sumario:Objective: To analyze the impact of the use of artificial intelligence on the re-entrepreneurship of micro and small businesses in the Junín region. Material and Methods: It is framed within the exploratory level, basic type and non-experimental design. The instrument was a questionnaire and the technique was a survey applied to a sample of 50 re-entrepreneurs, selected through non-probabilistic convenience and volunteer sampling. The data were analyzed by coding and searching for links to compare categories. Results: 50% of respondents use generative AI technologies, 36% use voice recognition technology and 32% use natural language processing, 28% use intelligent agent technologies, complemented by 18% micro and small businesses that use computer vision technologies and 16% that use optimization technologies. The use of more advanced technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, neural networks, deep learning, expert systems and robotics remains marginal, at only 14%, 14%, 12%, 4%, 4% and 2%, respectively. Conclusions: The adoption of AI has had a positive impact on the profitability and/or sustainability and competitiveness of the Micro and Small Businesses (MYPE) that has resumed, reporting significant improvements. Likewise, an increase in efficiency and improvements in processes is evident, as well as the evident increase in customer satisfaction after implementing AI in restarts.
