Material and Methods: A quasi-experimental design was used on a total sample of 44 participants. Through the evaluation, the process test was applied to both groups (control and experimental), selected non-probabilistically by convenience, to collect the data processed descriptively by statisticians and inferential statistics with the parametric Student t test with the support of SPSS V.25.0 software. Results: From the pre-test, the mean scores of the control group was 26.73 with a deviation of ±4.746 and the mean scores of the experimental group was 24.04 with a deviation of ±4.166. On the other hand, from the post-test the mean score of the control group was 26.57 with a deviation of ±4.066 and the mean score of the experimental group was 29.78 with a deviation of ±4.244, showing that the experimental group increased by 5.74 points after the educational program. When applying the statistical test, a significant difference of 0.022 was found.
