Specifically, if the statute of limitations applicable to antitrust procedures has been modified.El 21 de diciembre de 2016 fue publicado el Decreto Legislativo No. 1272, norma mediante la cual se modificaron diversas disposiciones de la Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General, Ley No. 27444 (LPAG). Una de ellas consistió en la modificación del inciso 2 del artículo II del Título Preliminar, la cual tuvo como consecuencia que las condiciones establecidas en la LPAG pasasen de ser supletorias a ser expresamente obligatorias. En particular, cuando se contrapongan a una norma especial que establezca condiciones menos favorables para los administrados. El presente artículo tiene como objetivo determinar cuáles son los efectos de la referida modificación al régimen de prescripción aplicable a los procedimientos administrativos sancionadores.
