It´s impact on health topics.El presente artículo se refiere a la implementación de la protección de los datos de prueba para productos farmacéuticos a propósito de la implementación del TLC suscrito entre el Perú y Estados Unidos de América y la aplicación de las definiciones dadas por el TRIPS para esta figura. Se analiza la legislación nacional y los tratados aplicables así como los primeros casos de protección a las nuevas entidades químicas dadas por la autoridad regulatoria.
