| Sumario: | This article concerns the implementation of test data protection for pharmaceutical products in relation to the implementation of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between Peru and the United States of America and the application of definitions given by the TRIPS Agreement in this case. It analyses domestic legislation and applicable treaties as well as first cases of protection to new chemical entities given by the regulatory authority.
