Thus, the guests address the implication of considering animals as a subject of law, and the limitation of legal system to establish and the adequate and effective regime in favor of animals.La presente mesa redonda convoca a tres reconocidos especialistas: Beatriz Franciskovic, desde el enfoque del Derecho Constitucional; Enrique Varsi, desde el enfoque del Derecho Civil; y Pierre Foy Valencia, desde el enfoque del Derecho Animal, con la finalidad de realizar un análisis del estado actual de los animales en el ordenamiento jurídico peruano, a partir de la Ley 30407 – Ley de Protección y Bienestar Animal, así como de la última sentencia del Tribunal Constitucional sobre la corrida de toros, peleas de toros y peleas de gallos.
