In this sense, I question the implications of SWT as an exchange program whose participants fulfill roles as temporary migrant workers.El presente artículo tiene como objetivo explorar los desafíos laborales a los que se enfrentan los estudiantes peruanos en el programa Summer Work & Travel (SWT). A través de una metodología autoetnográfica, analizo y reflexiono en torno a mi propia experiencia como participante del programa SWT, considerando los conflictos que atraviesan los jóvenes participantes de este programa y las estrategias que desarrollan en contraposición a estas situaciones.
