Thus, the need for a review and possible reform of the NLPT arises, following a true social security justice with its own procedure, rules and principles.En el presente artículo se analiza la problemática que suscitan los conflictos de la seguridad social, a raíz de la singular tutela que recibe por parte de la Ley n.° 29497, Nueva Ley Procesal del Trabajo (en adelante, NLPT), en la que se consolida la competencia de los jueces laborales en materia de prestaciones de la seguridad social, previamente determinada por la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial.
