| Sumario: | This article will introduce the constitutional configuration of social and democratic state of law, constitutional parameter of the constitutional right to social security, the justification for why the current private pension system is not compatible with the parameter and adapting a proposal by the Ombudsman People 2005, a proposal for implementation of the complementary system of public and private pensions in order to reconcile the latter with that parameter will be raised. |
