Descripción
Sumario:This study analyzes the evolution of the factors that influence the purchasing decision of consumers in the City of Arica. In this comparative study with the 2010 study and the current situation, it is interesting to note that the psychological variables determine a significant importance as the previous study. Variables such as years of residence, cleanliness and cleanliness, warmth in the care, pleasant atmosphere, trust, sympathy, personalized service are highly significant variables. However, the economic factor where the informal credit variable was highly significant for consumers' purchasing decisions, today is no longer significant. This can be due to several factors but a differential factor can be concluded, that in 2010, not all neighborhood businesses had technology for the use of credit cards.
