After the problem, it becomes the alternative solution that is presented at work and that has been the result of methodological and theoretical treatment and that is contained in the general hypothesis: The modalities of labor development facilitate in a reasonable degree the job satisfaction of the workers in Metropolitan Lima. In the same context, it has been necessary to have a purpose to achieve and it comes with the presentation of the general objective: Determine how the modalities of labor development can facilitate the job satisfaction of workers in Metropolitan Lima. On average, 90% of those surveyed consider that job development modalities reasonably facilitate the job satisfaction of workers in Metropolitan Lima.El problema se ha identificado en la falta de satisfacción laboral en los trabajadores de Lima Metropolitana. En el contexto del problema de la investigación, sin duda un aspecto principalísimo es la pregunta general del trabajo: ¿De qué manera las modalidades de desarrollo laboral pueden facilitar la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores en Lima Metropolitana? Luego de la problemática, deviene la alternativa de solución que se presenta en el trabajo y que ha sido fruto del tratamiento metodológico y teórico y que está contenida en la hipótesis general: Las modalidades de desarrollo laboral facilitan en grado razonable la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores en Lima Metropolitana. En el mismo contexto ha sido necesario disponer de un propósito a lograr y el mismo viene con la presentación del objetivo general: Determinar la manera como las modalidades de desarrollo laboral pueden facilitar la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores en Lima Metropolitana.
