This research used the statistical technique of Pearson's correlation coefficient to investigate the relationships of both variables in a sample of 92 workers. The research was descriptive correlational level of quantitative nature, the data collection method was a survey using an appropriate questionnaire. The results of the data analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between the six dimensions of human resource management with the productivity of workers in the organization studied. The need for organizations to incorporate human capital management as part of their development strategies, competitive advantages and process improvement is demonstrated.Este artículo analizó teórica y estadísticamente la relación entre la gestión de recursos humanos con la productividad de los trabajadores en la empresa Ladrillera Maxx en Tacna, una empresa privada peruana de fabricación de ladrillos y afines. Esta investigación utilizó la técnica estadística del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson para investigar las relaciones de ambas variables en una muestra de 92 trabajadores.  La investigación fue de nivel descriptivo correlacional de naturaleza cuantitativa, el método de recolección de datos fue una encuesta utilizando un cuestionario adecuado. Los resultados del análisis de datos mostraron que existe correlación significativa entre las seis dimensiones de la gestión de recursos humanos con la productividad de los trabajadores en la organización estudiada.
