Este artículo presenta como caso de estudio a una empresa gastronómica del departamento de Tacna - Perú, la cual utilizó la gestión del conocimiento para internacionalizarse y expandirse con siete locales en Chile. This article theoretically and statistically analyzed the relationship between human resource management and worker productivity in the company Ladrillera Maxx in Tacna, a private Peruvian company that manufactures bricks and the like. This research used the statistical technique of Pearson's correlation coefficient to investigate the relationships of both variables in a sample of 92 workers. The research was descriptive correlational level of quantitative nature, the data collection method was a survey using an appropriate questionnaire. The results of the data analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between the six dimensions of human resource management with the productivity of workers in the organization studied. This article aims to analyze the relationship between the economic growth of the construction sector with the increase in the value of urban land, in the commercial axis of Coronel Mendoza in Tacna by 2020, for which it has been established as a hypothesis that there is a direct positive link between the growth of the construction sector and the value of urban land, based on the field information obtained with the application of the PER Model (Pressure, State, Response) that allowed the identification of symptoms and causes, as well as the consultation of primary sources of regulatory entities or state agencies, under a descriptive and correlational research design.
