Which is framed within the socio-critical and interpretive paradigm, with a quantitative approach, the research is descriptive correlational because the number of variables is bivariate, the sample is made up of 79 teachers. Among the instruments are surveys. The results found in this research allow us to reaffirm that pedagogical management is related to the professional competences of teachers of the professional secondary school, due to the degree of significance of p <0.05 and the determination of a high correlation of 0.729 between both. variables; Furthermore, the value of r² = 0.532 indicates that the 53.2% variation in pedagogical management is related to professional competencies. Pedagogical management is based on education as an interaction between agents and actors, shaping the knowledge society and professional skills as a set of knowledge and skills that they need to develop some type of activity.La investigación gestión pedagógica permite fortalecer las competencias profesionales en los docentes de la Escuela Profesional de educación secundaria, de la facultad de Educación de la UNFV. La cual está en el marco del paradigma socio-crítico e interpretativo, de enfoque cuantitativo, la investigación es correlacional descriptiva por el número de variables es bivariado, la muestra: 79 docentes. Las encuestas recogen los datos. Los resultados hallados en la presente investigación permiten reafirmar que la gestión pedagógica se relaciona con las competencias profesionales de los docentes de la escuela profesional de educación secundaria, debido al grado de significancia de p< 0.05 y la determinación de una correlación alta de 0.729 entre ambas variables; además el valor de r²=0.532, señala que la variación en 53.2% de la gestión pedagógica se relaciona con las competencias profesionales.
