Know the relationship of Administrative Competencies for Results Management in Police Institutions, which allow us to have managerial skills in the administration that allows us to conduct an efficient execution of the budget, an unavoidable requirement especially when we are in charge of human talent. The purpose of this systematic review has been to gather objective information on the relationship between Administrative competence and management by Results. A systematic review was carried out in EBSCO, PROQUEST, SCOPUS databases of scientific articles from the period between 2017 to 2021, according to the PRISMA Matrix, taking into account inclusion criteria: full text, originals in Spanish or English, revision of experts, quantitative research, those that were similar were excluded, those that dealt with the issue of municipal management. The search was carried out using the equations OR Planning AND Information system, Execution AND Follow-up, monitoring and evaluation; a total of 50 articles were included. A significant relationship was found between Administrative Competencies for Results-Based Management. It is necessary to carry out more studies to deepen what is presented.
