Sumario:The research addressed the variables, managerial leadership and administrative management with the purpose of showing the level of relationship between each other in the teachers of the initial level of RED 19 UGEL 01, Villa el Salvador-Lima. Having hypothesized, there is a direct relationship between variables. By its nature, the research is basic, descriptive design and correlational level, quantitative approach. The sample was made up of 102 initial level teachers. The information was collected using the escalation technique, the instrument was the Likert scale with 24 items for both variables. The data were processed  in tables and figures, the hypothesis was tested, obtaining a value of r = 0.895, p-value <0.05 for the general hypothesis. The conclusions allowed us to affirm that there is a relationship between managerial leadership and administrative management in public educational institutions of the initial level RED 19 UGEL 01, Villa el Salvador-Lima 2019. The better the managerial leadership, the better the educational  management.
