description At the “Túpac Amaru” school. We used the survey technique and the structured questionnaire instrument, an observation sheet, which met the qualities of validity and reliability. The research design is transectional, correlational, causal, bivariate, cross-sectional. For data collection, two structured questionnaires were made as measurement, also an observation sheet, interview with the students. We analyze the organizational climate variable from the managerial style, leadership, levels of communication, conflict management and the teacher performance variable from; methodological strategies, teaching planning, use of educational media and materials, professional solvency. The sample consisted of 4 directors and 89 teachers from the “Túpac Amaru” Educational Institution. Villa Maria del Triunfo, Lima 2014. Our results allow us to reject the null hypothesis and accept the investigated hypothesis since it has been found according to the Spearman Rho correlation of 0.538 is a MODERATE association of the variables and being highly significant. In addition, according to the highly significant independence tests (*** p <.000), the research hypothesis is accepted: There is a direct and significant relationship between Organizational Climate and Teaching Performance in the Educational Institution “Túpac Amaru”. Villa María del Triunfo, Lima 2014, realizamos un estudio científico con enfoque cuantitativo, planteando la hipótesis de que el clima organizacional se relaciona con el desempeño docente. La población y muestra estuvo conformada por 4 directivos y 89 docentes del colegio Túpac Amaru. Utilizamos la técnica de la encuesta y de instrumento el cuestionario estructurado, una ficha de observación, que cumplían con las cualidades de validez y confiabilidad. El diseño de la investigación es transeccional, correlacional, causal, bivariada, transversal. Para la recolección de datos se confeccionaron dos cuestionarios estructurados como medición, también una ficha de observación, entrevista a los estudiantes. La variable clima organizacional la analizamos desde el estilo gerencial, liderazgo, niveles de comunicación, manejo de conflictos y la variable desempeño docente desde; las estrategias metodológicas, planificación de la enseñanza, uso de medios y materiales educativos, solvencia profesional. La muestra estuvo conformado por 4 directivos y 89 docentes de La Institución Educativa “Túpac Amaru” . Villa María del Triunfo, Lima 2014. Nuestros resultados permiten rechazar la hipótesis nula y aceptar la hipótesis investigada pues se ha encontrado según la correlación de Rho de Spearman de 0,538 es MODERADA asociación de las variables y siendo altamente significativo. Además, según las pruebas de la independencia (***p < .000) altamente significativo, se acepta la hipótesis de investigación: Existe relación directa y significativa entre el Clima Organizacional con el Desempeño Docente en La Institución Educativa “Túpac Amaru” .
