At the “Túpac Amaru” school. Villa María del Triunfo, Lima 2014, we carried out a scientific study with a quantitative approach, posing the hypothesis that the organizational climate is related to teaching performance. The population and sample consisted of 4 directors and 89 teachers from the Túpac Amaru school. We used the survey technique and the structured questionnaire instrument, an observation sheet, which met the qualities of validity and reliability. The research design is transectional, correlational, causal, bivariate, cross-sectional. Determina el clima organizacional y el desempeño docente de la institución educativa Túpac Amaru del distrito de Villa maría del Triunfo. Este estudio se inscribe en el marco de una investigación básica, transversal bivariada. La población estuvo conformada por 04 directivos, 90 docentes, 10 administrativos, 1480 estudiantes y 1100 padres de familia, y la muestra estuvo conformada por 04 directivos, 73 docentes, 07 administrativos, 284 estudiantes y 212 padres de familia de la institución educativa.
