Likewise, the objective was to describe if there is a relationship between the quality of pedagogical management and the job satisfaction of the teaching staff. The research is of a quantitative approach, of a descriptive correlational type, of a non-experimental design, with a cross section. The population was 07 managers and 48 teachers at the primary and secondary level, being the census sample. For data collection, the survey technique for quality of pedagogical management was used and an instrument was applied for the variable quality of pedagogical management and job satisfaction of Sonia Palma Carrillo (SL-SPC). Likewise, the instrument validity process was carried out using Cronbach's alpha with a reliability of 0.917. The data were analyzed with the SPSS version 25 software. The results were obtained through the SPSS statistical program. It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the quality of pedagogical management and the teaching staff. Result that is confirmed with Kendall's Tau-b statistical test by showing us that the value of the correlation coefficient is 0.633, which reflects a moderate positive correlation level between pedagogical management and teacher job satisfaction, and the value of p (significance level) is 0.000 <0.05. (tb = 0.693; p = 0.000 <0.05).

(tb = 0.693; p = 0.000 <0.05).El presente estudio titulado Calidad de la Gestión Pedagógica y la Satisfacción Laboral del personal docente, Institución Educativa “Mario Florián”-UGEL 5 San Juan De Lurigancho, Lima, surge a través del problema general que se planteó la siguiente pregunta: ¿Qué relación existe entre la calidad de la gestión pedagógica con la satisfacción laboral del personal docente de la institución mencionada? Asimismo, el objetivo fue Describir si existe relación entre la calidad de la gestión pedagógica con la satisfacción laboral del personal docente. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de diseño no experimental, con corte transversal. La población fue de 07 directivos y 48 docentes del nivel primaria y secundaria siendo la muestra censal. Para la recogida de datos se utilizó la técnica de encuesta para calidad de gestión pedagógica y se aplicó un instrumento para la variable calidad de gestión pedagógica y satisfacción laboral de Sonia Palma Carrillo (SL-SPC). Asimismo, se realizó el proceso de validez del instrumento utilizando el alfa de Cronbach con una confiabilidad de 0,917, Los datos fueron analizados con el software SPSS versión 25. Los resultados fueron obtenidos a través del programa estadístico SPSS. Se concluye que existe relación significativa de la calidad de la gestión pedagógica con la personal docente. Resultado que es confirmada con la prueba estadística de Tau_b de Kendall al mostrarnos que el valor del coeficiente de correlación es 0,693, el que refleja un nivel de correlación positiva moderada, entre la gestión pedagógica y la satisfacción laboral docente, y el valor de p (nivel de significancia) es 0,000 < 0.05.
