For this we use probabilistic samples from each of the schools and we use a quantitative approach in scientific research with a hypothetical deductive method, cross section and ordinal level. The data collection instruments, two questionnaires, were formed taking into account the validity criteria through three expert juries and the reliability through the Cronbach coefficient. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics for the hypothesis test, using Spearman's Rho. And it is basically found that there is a positive rating between transformational leadership and educational management, with a Spearman's Rho rating coefficient of 0.661. This value indicates a moderate to strong relationship between both variables. The two-sided significance is 0.000, which is less than the significance level set at 0.01. Therefore, it is evident that there is a significant relationship between transformational leadership and educational management in the educational institutions of Villa María del Triunfo, Lima.Uno de los temas de tendencia en el plano educativo son los liderazgos tanto directivo como docente, y dentro de los diferentes tipos de liderazgo consideramos que el liderazgo transformacional tiene una influencia especial en la gestión educativa y es la razón de nuestra investigación, cuyo objetivo establecer la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y la gestión educativa en 4 colegios de Lima. Para ello utilizamos muestras probabilísticas de cada uno de los colegios y empleamos un enfoque cuantitativo en la investigación científica con método hipotético deductivo, corte transversal y nivel ordinal. Los instrumentos de recolección, dos cuestionarios, de datos se conformaron tomando en cuenta los criterios de validez a través de tres jurados expertos y la confiabilidad a través del coeficiente de Crombach. El análisis de los datos se realizó mediante estadística descriptiva e inferencial para la prueba de hipótesis, mediante el Rho de Spearman. Y se encuentra básicamente que hay una correlación positiva entre el liderazgo transformacional y la gestión educativa, con un coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman de 0,661. Este valor indica una relación moderada a fuerte entre ambas variables. La significancia bilateral es de 0,000, lo que es menor que el nivel de significancia establecido en 0,01.
