Sumario: | The main objective of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and I.E. teacher performance. No. 116 "Abrahams Valdlomars". San Juan de Lurigancho. Lima 2022. The method of use is a quantitative method, basic type, associated descriptive level, cross -section, non -experimental design. The sample was the entire population consisting of 40 students at all levels of educational institutions. The technique used was a survey: two questionnaires were used for this purpose, one on organizational culture and the other on learning performance. The tools used were validated with internal validity by expert rating and reliability by Cronbach's coefficient. The results confirmed a slight positive confirmation based on the Rho Spearman coefficient (r = 0.546) with a significance level of (p = 0.001 <.05). It was concluded that there was a moderate and significant effect between the two variables, i.e. while the organizational culture existed in the institution, teacher performance was higher. |
