Sumario: | In a world where interpersonal conflicts in educational institutions result in a bad work, academic and administrative climate with the consequent decline in the achievement of student learning. It is appropriate to talk about organizational culture and its relationship with the quality management of educational services. The EI that is the subject of this study is not exempt from this problem, the Fe y Alegría school N. 12 of Puente Piedra, in Lima, Peru. For this we used the hypothetical deductive method and a quantitative approach, with a descriptive, cross-sectional correlational design. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 47 teachers at the primary and secondary level. and two questionnaires submitted to the methodological rigor of validity by 3 expert juries and reliability through Cronbach's alpha were applied, obtaining coefficients of 0.806 y 0.798 for each variable. The data were submitted to the non-parametric Spearman Rho statistician in order to determine the correlations and propose and obtain the test or contrast of the hypotheses. Data were obtained such Spearman's r equal to ,596 and a sig.=0.00 less than 0.01, establishing a high correlation between organizational culture and quality management of educational services. The alternative hypothesis is accepted and validated due to the aforementioned values. |
