The type of sample is probabilistic and is composed by 171 teachers, which are distributed between five public educative institutions from a district of Lima. Two instruments of evaluation, previously validated, were applied to this sample: The Inventory of Transformational Leadership elaborated by Antuanet Chirinos (2010) and the Inventory of Organisational Climate of Rubén Soria (2010). The data obtained were processed using the statistical package SPSS version 25, which results confirm the principal hypothesis, given that the studied variables are correlated among them (r = 0,85). Furthermore, the results allow to stablish that the dimensions of the two variables are significantly correlated.El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como propósito central establecer la vinculación entre las variables liderazgo transformacional y el clima organizacional en docentes de diversas instituciones públicas de un distrito de Lima Metropolitana. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo y hace uso de un diseño no experimental de alcance correlacional. La muestra es de tipo probabilístico y alcanza los 171 docentes, los cuales se distribuyen entre cinco instituciones educativas públicas de un distrito limeño. A esta muestra se les administró dos instrumentos de evaluación validados previamente: el inventario de liderazgo transformacional elaborado por Antuanet Chirinos (2010) y el inventario de clima organizacional de Rubén Soria (2010). Los datos obtenidos fueron procesados con el apoyo del paquete estadístico SPSS versión 25, cuyos resultados permiten confirmar la hipótesis principal en el sentido de que las variables sometidas a estudio se encuentran correlacionadas entre si (r = 0,85).
