The study uses a quantitative approach, is cross-sectional, bivariate and establishes a causal correlation as a research design. The intentional sample consists of 50 teachers from CEBA Pedro A. Labarthe. The data collection instrument is the questionnaire that was validated by 4 experts and its reliability index is very reliable, according to the standard table. Using Spearman's Rho statistician, we found that there is a significant relationship between virtual teaching strategies and pedagogical management, according to the results: Applying Spearman's Rho formula with a significance level of 95%, we found that the Rho correlation coefficient of Spearman is 0.903 and the p_ value is 0.000 therefore we establish that it has a very good correlation level, we see that there is a direct relationship and a level of significance less than 0.05 for this reason the Null hypothesis is rejected and accepted the alternate: • The Virtual Didactic Strategy is a factor that significantly influences the Pedagogical Management in the Alternative Basic Education Institution, Pedro A. Labarthe.En momentos en que las tecnologías de información se convierten en instrumentos   de   calidad   educativa   a distancia, es necesario desarrollar investigaciones científicas sobre las estrategias didácticas virtuales y cómo se relacionan con la gestión pedagógica. El estudio utiliza un enfoque cuantitativo, es transversal, bivariado y establece una correlación causal como diseño de investigación. La muestra intencionada consta 22 docentes del CEBA Pedro A. Labarthe.  El instrumento de recolección de datos es el cuestionario que fue validado por 4 expertos y su índice de confiabilidad obedece a muy confiable, según tabla estándar. Utilizando el estadígrafo Rho de Spearman, encontramos que existe una relación significativa entre las estrategias didácticas virtuales y la gestión pedagógica, según los resultados: Al aplicar la formula Rho de Spearman con  un  nivel de significancia  del  95%  encontramos  que  el  coeficiente  de correlación Rho de Spearman es de 0,903 y el p_ valor es de 0,000 por lo tanto establecemos que tiene un nivel correlación muy bueno, vemos que existe una relación  directa  y  un  nivel  de significancia  menor  que  0,05  por  tal  motivo  se rechaza la hipótesis Nula y se acepta la alterna: La Estrategia Didáctica Virtual es  un  factor  que  influye  significativamente  en  la  Gestión Pedagógica  en  la Institución de Educación Básica Alternativa, Pedro A.
