Sumario:At a time when information technologies become instruments of quality distance education, it is necessary to develop scientific research on virtual teaching strategies and how they relate to pedagogical management. The study uses a quantitative approach, is cross-sectional, bivariate and establishes a causal correlation as a research design. The intentional sample consists of 50 teachers from CEBA Pedro A. Labarthe. The data collection instrument is the questionnaire that was validated by 4 experts and its reliability index is very reliable, according to the standard table. Using Spearman's Rho statistician, we found that there is a significant relationship between virtual teaching strategies and pedagogical management, according to the results: Applying Spearman's Rho formula with a significance level of 95%, we found that the Rho correlation coefficient of Spearman is 0.903 and the p_ value is 0.000 therefore we establish that it has a very good correlation level, we see that there is a direct relationship and a level of significance less than 0.05 for this reason the Null hypothesis is rejected and accepted the alternate: • The Virtual Didactic Strategy is a factor that significantly influences the Pedagogical Management in the Alternative Basic Education Institution, Pedro A. Labarthe.
