The main objective of the study was to develop a pedagogical management strategy to promote inclusive education at Jorgillo Elementary School, first cycle, primary level. The approach is quantitative, since it allowed the collection and analysis of data in numerical and percentage form, which were subsequently represented through tables and graphs. The population included 6 members of the management team, 6 teachers who teach in the first cycle of the Jorgillo Elementary School, 9 students who present Educational Needs with Specific Support (NEAE) associated or not with disability and the 9 families of these students. The methods used included inductive and analytical approaches, and primary and secondary sources of information on the topic of study were used. Among the results, the strategies implemented to support children with SEN, whether or not related to disability, have had a positive impact on their experience at Jorgillo Elementary School. The management team highlighted that the tactics used by teachers in the classroom are motivating for students. As conclusions, Jorgillo Elementary School employs strategies to promote inclusive education, foster respect and tolerance, promote coexistence and participation, stimulate team learning, select appropriate educational materials, and involve families in their children's education. |

El enfoque es cuantitativo, puesto que permitió la recopilación y el análisis de datos en forma numérica y porcentual, que posteriormente se representaron a través de tablas y gráficos. La población abarcó a 6 miembros del equipo de gestión, 6 docentes que enseñan en el primer ciclo de la Escuela Primaria Jorgillo, 9 alumnos que presentan Necesidades Educativas con Apoyo Específico (NEAE) asociadas o no a discapacidad y las 9 familias de estos alumnos. Los métodos utilizados incluyeron enfoques inductivos y analíticos, y se recurrió a fuentes de información primarias y secundarias sobre el tema de estudio. Dentro de los resultados, las estrategias implementadas para apoyar a los niños con NEAE, ya sea relacionadas o no con discapacidad, han tenido un impacto positivo en su experiencia en la Escuela Primaria Jorgillo. El equipo directivo destacó que las tácticas utilizadas por los docentes en el aula resultan motivadoras para los estudiantes. Como conclusiones, la Escuela Primaria Jorgillo emplea estrategias para impulsar la educación inclusiva, fomentar el respeto y la tolerancia, promover la convivencia y la participación, estimular el aprendizaje en equipo, seleccionar materiales educativos apropiados e involucrar a las familias en la educación de sus hijos.O principal objetivo do estudo foi desenvolver uma estratégia de gestão pedagógica para promover a educação inclusiva na Escola Primária Jorgillo, primeiro ciclo, nível primário. A abordagem é quantitativa, pois permitiu a coleta e a análise de dados em forma numérica e percentual, que foram posteriormente representados por meio de tabelas e gráficos. A população foi composta por 6 membros da equipe de gestão, 6 professores que lecionam no primeiro ciclo da Escola Primária Jorgillo, 9 alunos que apresentam Necessidades Educacionais com Apoio Específico (NEE) associadas ou não à deficiência e as 9 famílias desses alunos. Os métodos utilizados incluíram abordagens indutivas e analíticas, e foram usadas fontes de informação primárias e secundárias sobre o tópico de estudo. De acordo com os resultados, as estratégias implementadas para apoiar as crianças com NEE, relacionadas ou não à deficiência, tiveram um impacto positivo em sua experiência na Escola Primária Jorgillo. A equipe administrativa destacou que as táticas usadas pelos professores em sala de aula são motivadoras para os alunos.
