Given the rapid pace of technological change, ongoing vigilance is essential to safeguard academic integrity.Sr. Editor: Después de haber leído el artículo publicado por Luis Yushimito Rubiños en el último volumen de la revista (2024-4), en el que se menciona un tema primordial para la educación médica ―la integración de la bioética en un entorno digital y las nuevas formas de fraude académico impulsadas por la mala aplicación de la tecnología―, consideramos pertinente reflexionar sobre los desafíos éticos que enfrenta, dado que actualmente se está experimentando una transformación tecnológica de forma acelerada, trayendo consigo la necesidad de vigilancia constante para garantizar la integridad académica.Universidad de San Martín de Porres.
