Se justifica por la necesidad de estrategias que enfrenten discriminación y prejuicios, y se sustenta en la Comunicación para el Cambio Social y la Comunicación Intercultural, que promueven diálogo, diversidad y narrativas que cuestionan estereotipos. Con enfoque cualitativo y diseño de estudio de caso, se aplican entrevistas semi estructuradas a 11 adolescentes (6 venezolanos y 5 peruanos), al profesor y a la coordinadora, se realizan observaciones no participante de las sesiones sociodeportivas. Los hallazgos muestran que el lenguaje cultural compartido, la superación gradual del etnocentrismo, la comunicación no verbal y la mediación intercultural generan vínculos, resignifican y fortalecen la confianza, con efectos que se proyectan en la familia y en los barrios. Se concluye que el deporte, mediado por estrategias pedagógicas y comunicativas inclusivas, constituye un espacio para construir comunidad, respeto y reconocimiento, y aporta evidencia útil para fortalecer políticas públicas y programas de integración en el Perú y la región.

It is justified by the need for strategies that confront discrimination and prejudice and is grounded in Communication for Social Change and Intercultural Communication, which promote dialogue, cultural diversity, and narratives that challenge stereotypes. Using a qualitative approach and a case study design, the research employs semi structured interviews with 11 adolescents (six Venezuelan and five Peruvian), the coach, and the program coordinator, complemented by non-participant observation of socio sport sessions. The findings show that shared cultural language, the gradual overcoming of ethnocentrism, nonverbal communication, and intercultural mediation generate bonds, re-signify and strengthen trust, with effects that extend to families and neighborhoods.
