La visión planteada hasta el 2020, propone a CNSACG posicionarse como una de las cinco empresas con mayor facturación en el sector construcción de la región Lambayeque, reconocida por sus altos estándares de seguridad en obras, la calidad de sus procesos, la satisfacción de sus clientes y accionistas. En ese sentido, se ha dividido el trabajo en 09 capítulos y con ello, se espera que CNSACG logre una cultura corporativa idónea que direccione a todo su capital humano para lograr competitividad organizacional y sostenibilidad dentro del sector construcción
