description El compromiso que se desarrolló en este proceso de investigación tuvo como objetivo conocer el proceso de resiliencia comunitaria en las mujeres que pertenecen a una organización de desplazadas de Pueblo Libre - Ayacucho. Para este estudio fue relevante evidenciar aquellos cambios ocurridos después del proceso de desplazamiento forzado de un grupo de mujeres las cuales vivenciaron la etapa de la violencia armado interno que sufrió nuestro País, pero especialmente el Departamento de Ayacucho. Las mujeres entrevistadas provienen de distintos distritos (Vinchos, Socos, Colca y Santiago de Pischa) quienes luego de huir de sus lugares de origen, llegan a la ciudad en la provincia de Huamanga y se sitúan en la existente Asociación de Pueblo Libre. Asumiendo la importancia del proceso de resiliencia comunitaria, se realizó una investigación cualitativa de tipo fenomenológico con entrevistas semiestructuradas. A través de ellas se recogieron las experiencias de su proceso de resiliencia comunitaria antes y después del desplazamiento. Los resultados que se obtuvieron dan cuenta, que las mujeres utilizan sus recursos personales, comunitarios y familiares para subsistir frente a situaciones de adversidad. Además de una capacidad de resiliencia diversa, pues si bien fueron mujeres desplazadas de zonas rurales, reelaboraron su plan de vida de acuerdo al nuevo entorno de la ciudad, reasegurando sus vidas al buscar un lugar seguro, así como respondiendo a la necesidad de la educación de sus hijos.

For this study, it was relevant to demonstrate those changes that occurred after the forced displacement process of a group of women who experienced the stage of internal armed violence suffered by our Country, but especially the Department of Ayacucho. The women interviewed come from different districts (Vinchos, Socos, Colca and Santiago de Pischa). After fleeing from their places of origin, they arrive in the city in the province of Huamanga and join the existing Free People Association. Assuming the importance of the community resilience process, a qualitative phenomenological research was carried out with semi-structured interviews. Through them, the experiences of their community resilience process before and after displacement were collected. The results obtained show that women use their personal, community and family resources to survive in adversity situations.
