El autor denuncia, en los casos que presenta, la manipulación de personas a quienes se les lesionó la dignidad y otros derechos cuando fueron sometidas a un proceso que eventualmente produjo sentencias condenatorias o declaración de culpabilidad que se enmarcan en procesos penales que califican de meros rituales.

However, it is new to require the limitation to restrictions on fundamental rights. According to the author, the content of this limitation is located in the constitutional interpretation of judges and prosecutors and in the restriction or limitation of fundamental rights of the accused of a negligent crime.
