El presente plan estratégico, como se indica, busca, revisa y clasifica la información relevante al proceso de cultivo de Kiwicha observa y analiza las tendencias del entorno en cuanto a los productores regionales y mundiales, así como la industria nacional, competencia directa e indirecta y la demanda nacional y mundial; evalúa el desempeño corporativo de las unidades de negocio como son los agricultores, tanto las asociaciones como los que producen individualmente; y finalmente lidera el proceso estratégico, el cual es un proceso interactivo e iterativo
