Posteriormente, se priorizará los sectores que urgen desarrollar como los servicios básicos, la electrificación, las vías de comunicación, entre otros que permitirán cerrar progresivamente las brechas económicas negativas que han mantenido en la pobreza y extrema pobreza a la mayor parte de la población de la Provincia de Huancavelica.

It is essential to start a communication and coordination work from the Provincial Municipality of Huancavelica to the District Municipalities within its jurisdiction. So as to be able to identify all the needs of the population in terms of the creation of public infrastructure, or to improve the services provided by the municipalities to the population. Subsequently, priority will be given to the sectors that need to be developed, such as basic services, electrification, communication channels, among others, which will progressively close the negative economic gaps that have left poverty and extreme poverty to the majority of the population.
