Sumario:The research entitled “Effectiveness of the Montessori Method on the lexical processes of writing in second grade children of a public institution, Cusco-2023”, had the general objective of determining the influence of the Montessori method on the lexical processes of writing in second grade children. degree from a public institution, Cusco-2023. The research methodology was a quasi-experimental class experimental design with the hypothetical-deductive method, quantitative approach and applied type, the population is made up of 60 students, of which 30 are part of the experimental group and 30 are part of the control group. For data collection, direct observation and the Test LEE instrument were used before and after applying the sessions based on the Montessori method, in total 22. In relation to the results in the pre-test, 30% of the children (9 of 30) showed difficulty, 13.3% (4 of 30) were classified as competent and 56.7% (17 of 30) as very competent, after application of the program 6.7% (2 of 30) continued showing difficulty, and a notable 93.3% (28 of 30) reached the level of very competent, with 100% (30 of 30). Therefore, it is concluded that the application of sessions through the Montessori program significantly improved the lexical processes of writing, because, after the application of the program, there is a positive impact on the level of achievement in the students of an educational institution. public of Cusco.
