description El trabajo que a continuación presentamos forma parte de un estudio educativo, enmarcado en la línea de investigación de la Gestión y Calidad Educativa, cuyo objetivo e s determinar la relación existente entre la Gestión administrativa y el clima laboral de la Institución Educativa Cesar Cohaila Tamayo, Tacna, en el año 2023. La investigación es de tipo pura, presenta un diseño descriptivo- correlacional, la población estuvo constituida por 84 docentes de los niveles inicial, primaria y secundaria. Se utilizo como instrumento para recolectar datos el cuestionario de gestión administrativa, así como el manual del clima laboral de Mabelle Mejía. Respecto a los resultados, hemos podido evidenciar que la gestión administrativa y el clima laboral tienen una correlación moderada de 0,682. Asi mismo se termina diciendo que una buena gestión administrativa formará un beneficioso clima laboral en la Institución Educativa Cesar Cohaila Tamayo.
