Publicación Especial, n° 9, 2010.Páginas 996-999.El concreto es una roca artificial que se emplea en la industria de la construcción y que resulta del endurecimiento (fraguado) de la mezcla de cemento y agua con presencia de agregados. Según el tipo de construcción, el concreto debe cumplir con ciertos valores de resistencia física, química y peso específico, las cuales dependen a su vez básicamente de la relación agua/cemento, relación cemento/agregado, tipo de cemento y de la naturaleza y forma de los agregados.
