description Se realizó una encuesta entre 100 padres, de igual número de niños, al momento de su egreso del Servicio de Cirugía Pediátrica del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins del Instituto Peruano de Seguridad Social con la finalidad de determinar el nivel de calidad en relación a la atención recibida por sus hijos mientras estuvieron hospitalizados encontrándose, en términos generales, un elevado grado de satisfacción. Se evaluaron atributos internos y externos al Servicio demostrándose que los menores niveles de calidad fueron influidos por los factores externos. Se hacen algunas recomendaciones que pueden tenerse en cuenta en establecimientos similares al nuestro.

Se hacen algunas recomendaciones que pueden tenerse en cuenta en establecimientos similares al nuestro.An inquest was realized between 100 parents, of equal number of children, at the moment which were discharged of the Pediatric Surgery Service of National Hospital «Edgardo Rebagliati Martins» of Social Security Peruvian Institute with the purpose of determine the quality level related to the attention received for the children during the time they were hospitalized. We found, in general terms, an elevated grade of the satisfaction. Intern and extern attributes at the Service were evaluas ted, proving that the minor quality level were influenced by extern factors.
