El problema se basa en las dificultades que se presentan al momento de relacionar el ambiente operacional estratégico, el ambiente operacional militar y las acciones conjunta como tácticas para la acción integral de defensa integral, ya que cada categoría o variables poseen implicaciones tanto individuales como interrelacionar. También, es importante tomar desde el más alto del rango militar decisiones que sean en pro y beneficio de la colectividad. Es de este análisis que surge el "problema" de estudio al cual nos enfrentamos: ¿Resulta vital, relacionar descriptivamente y destacar la importancia del ambiente operacional estratégico y ambiente operacional militar, acciones conjuntas como tácticas para la acción integral de defensa integral?
