A mobile application with augmented reality, called ARAnimals, was implemented following the agile Scrum methodology. The research design was quasi-experimental, where the sample consisted of two classrooms of 5-year-old students from a private school in the city of Lima. The experimental group improved by 33.04% compared to the control group, which only improved by 14.56%. Furthermore, the difference in the average time it took to evaluate the subject in the experimental group and in the control group was significant. The time for the experimental group was 13.3 min., and the time for the control group was 16.7 min. It is concluded that the use of a mobile application with augmented reality satisfactorily influences the learning of vertebrate animals, specifically in four aspects that are included in the dimensions to which they correspond.application/pdfengInstitute of Electrical and Electronics EngineersPEinfo:eu-repo/semantics/restrictedAccesshttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/AUTONOMA14reponame:AUTONOMA-Institucionalinstname:Universidad Autónoma del Perúinstacron:AUTONOMAAnimalsDesign methodologyUrban areasMobile applicationsAugmented realityhttps://purl.org/pe-repo/ocde/ford#2.02.04ARAnimals: Mobile Application with Augmented Reality for the Learning of Vertebrate Animalsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articlehttps://www.scopus.com/inward/record.uri?eid=2-s2.0-85114029551&doi=10.1109%2fARGENCON49523.2020.9505519&partnerIDLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain; charset=utf-885http://repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.13067/1691/2/license.txt9243398ff393db1861c890baeaeee5f9MD52ORIGINALARAnimals Mobile Application with Augmented Reality for the Learning of Vertebrate Animals.pdfARAnimals Mobile Application with Augmented Reality for the Learning of Vertebrate Animals.pdfVer fuenteapplication/pdf99398http://repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.13067/1691/3/ARAnimals%20Mobile%20Application%20with%20Augmented%20Reality%20for%20the%20Learning%20of%20Vertebrate%20Animals.pdf36af143c292a8a04a569523ce39d986fMD53TEXTARAnimals Mobile Application with Augmented Reality for the Learning of Vertebrate Animals.pdf.txtARAnimals Mobile Application with Augmented Reality for the Learning of Vertebrate Animals.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain618http://repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.13067/1691/4/ARAnimals%20Mobile%20Application%20with%20Augmented%20Reality%20for%20the%20Learning%20of%20Vertebrate%20Animals.pdf.txt8410f3385fda14461b4d820a9fd7de8cMD54THUMBNAILARAnimals Mobile Application with Augmented Reality for the Learning of Vertebrate Animals.pdf.jpgARAnimals Mobile Application with Augmented Reality for the Learning of Vertebrate Animals.pdf.jpgGenerated Thumbnailimage/jpeg6007http://repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe/bitstream/20.500.13067/1691/5/ARAnimals%20Mobile%20Application%20with%20Augmented%20Reality%20for%20the%20Learning%20of%20Vertebrate%20Animals.pdf.jpg60e60d731015aec011ffdc44b87f8410MD5520.500.13067/1691oai:repositorio.autonoma.edu.pe:20.500.13067/16912022-03-03 03:00:22.691Repositorio de la Universidad Autonoma del Perúrepositorio@autonoma.pe |
