En donde la muestra está conformada por cinco abogados que se encuentran habilitados formalmente, con especialidad en Derecho civil y Derecho Constitucional, asimismo el muestreo se realizó mediante entrevistas conteniendo seis preguntas por especialista que laboran en la Universidad Autónoma, Estudios jurídicos y de manera independiente.
