description Con esta investigación hemos podido lograr descubrir el objetivo general que fue determinar las consecuencias de la hostilidad laboral en la salud del trabajador del Distrito Judicial de Juliaca, 2022. Se pudo emplear en esta investigación un enfoque cualitativo, asimismo, siendo una investigación de pregrado se hizo de tipo básico con nivel explicativo, y finalmente con un diseño transversal. Para la muestra y recolección de datos se hizo uso del instrumento de la entrevista, la cual tiene una naturaleza no probabilística por conveniencia. Se ha demostrado que la hostilidad laboral tiene consecuencias en la salud del trabajador hostigado, asimismo se estaría vulnerando su dignidad laboral. Se logró determinar que la hostilidad laboral tiene consecuencias negativas tanto en la salud mental y física de los trabajadores víctimas.
